Your main tasks
- Control and monitoring of the operational processes of the respective area of responsibility (goods receipt/ goods issue, storage and retrieval/ picking or production supply).
- Organizing, taking responsibility for and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and the timely provision of goods
- Continuous optimization of logistics processes
- Operation of the warehouse management system
- Creation of reports
- Interface per area of responsibility to quality assurance, goods receiving office or production
- Technical guidance of the employees in the area of responsibility as well as support in personnel planning (e.g. personnel and vacation planning)
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist
- Several years of professional experience in logistics or warehouse logistics
- Very good communication skills
- A high degree of independence, resilience and loyalty
- Structured and careful work style
- (High) reliability and ability to work in a team
- (High degree of) flexibility and commitment with a hands-on mentality
- A quick apprehension
- Basic knowledge in all MS-Office applications
- Physically resilient
- Good German language skills
