External Reporting Manager (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

Manage the preparation and review of all external financial reports, including 20- Fs, 6-Ks, and other SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all disclosures and compliance with all SEC regulations and requirements
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results, including preparation and review of financial statements, footnotes, and other supporting schedules
Monitor changes in SEC regulations and requirements and ensure timely implementation of any required changes to reporting processes and disclosures
Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of all required audits and reviews of financial statements and disclosures
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and various departments, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results and disclosures
Align internal reporting with external reporting and ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy in all financial reporting matters

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
Strong knowledge of IFRS and SEC regulations, including familiarity with XBRL and EDGAR filing requirements
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present financial information to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 3 years of experience in SEC reporting
Basic knowledge in MS-Office, ERP, Consturction (PTC Creo, Siemens NX)
English and German: Business fluent
