Your main tasks

  • Support in the supervision of the assigned specialist areas in the production environment of the responsible HR Business Partner in personnel, labour law and personnel policy matters as well as in consideration of the company's HR guidelines. 
  • Direct HR contact person for managers, employees and the works council
  • Organisation and operational responsibility of recruiting for the assigned business units
  • Development of job profiles in cooperation with the specialist departments; publication on various platforms
  • Pre-selection of applications and forwarding to the relevant departments
  • Accompanying job interviews
  • Providing feedback to candidates, drawing up contracts if necessary 
  • Coaching and advising managers as well as accompanying managers during staff interviews
  • Organisation of onboarding for new employees
  • Close cooperation with the HR Support Team, the HR Business Partners and Talent Management
  • Co-development of the HR & organisational structure and further development of existing processes
  • Taking on projects in the area of HR
  • Trustful cooperation with the works council
  • Supporting the HR support team

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training with further education or studies in psychology / business administration with a focus on human resources (or comparable).
  • Initial professional experience in the personnel area in a production company is an advantage
  • High level of commitment as well as sensitivity for handling confidential data
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent, flexible and structured way of working
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Good handling of the common MS Office products
