Your main tasks
- Full support of a board member in general day-to-day operations
- General secretarial and administrative tasks: Correspondence / mail and e-mail processing; appointment and travel planning, travel organization and booking as well as travel expense accounting; receiving visitors & looking after guests
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings and, if necessary, attendance of meetings, incl. writing of minutes, tracking of appointments
- Preparation of documents, presentations and papers for internal and external partners
- Preparation of analyses and decision documents
- Support in operational, conceptual and planning tasks
- Filing and document management; telephone calls
- Various clerical tasks
- Active teamwork with other assistants and the reception area (taking over substitution tasks for other team assistants and the central reception)
- Administration of the VPs in the CTO area (e.g. travel booking)
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of assistance
- High level of commitment, ability to work under pressure & time flexibility
- Quick comprehension
- Team spirit, high social competence
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- An engaging and friendly demeanor
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
