Your main tasks

  • Sustainable further development and standardisation of processes and systems
  • End-to-end process consideration, modelling, analysis and optimisation
  • Methodical support and cross-departmental consulting of the specialist departments
  • Determination of relevant key performance indicators and development and evaluation of improvement options
  • Identification of possible system support and cost reduction potentials
  • Collaboration in project definition and assumption of project leadership as well as internationalisation of the process organisation
  • Taking over project management including preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops, training of employees and ensuring the sustainability of implemented optimisation measures
  • Enabling process owners to control and report on business processes from a holistic organisational perspective
  • Further development of process culture and process understanding in the company
  • Further development and implementation of modern process management methods
  • Co-responsibility for the design of the process landscape

Your profile

  • Successfully completed university degree in the field of industrial engineering / economics or successfully completed training as well as several years of professional experience in the field of business processes.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in process and project management, experience in business or management consulting advantageous
  • In-depth understanding of business processes and their value flows
  • Good knowledge of IT systems such as ERP and CRM advantageous
  • Process-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • High degree of personal responsibility and very good communication skills
  • Leadership ability in a project context, assertiveness and team spirit
  • Operational decision-making ability with simultaneous analytical farsightedness
  • Enjoy independent, interdisciplinary and team-oriented work
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel (10%)
